Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the ANR-G Technologies Inc. Visibility Grader (the “Tool”) collects when you use it, why, and what choices you have. The Tool is operated by ANR-G Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

• Your email address, which you provide to receive your report.
• The business details you enter — business name, city, and business type — so we can run the analysis.
• The audit results we generate for that business, including its public Google ranking data and the scores we compute, which we retain to improve the Tool.
• Your IP address, used only to limit how many reports can be run per day from one connection, and then to prevent abuse.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for or store sensitive personal information. The business data analysed by the Tool is public information already published on Google.

How we use it

• To generate and email you the visibility report you requested.
• To notify our team that a report was run, so we can follow up if you’d like help.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Tool, including aggregate analysis across audits.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we rely on

To run the Tool we pass limited data to trusted providers, each acting on our behalf:

• Google — to look up the business and its public ranking and search data.
• DataForSEO — to retrieve ranking and search-volume data.
• Supabase — to store leads and audit results securely.
• Resend — to send you your report and our internal notification.
• Anthropic — to help determine which search terms to check for a business.
• Vercel — to host the Tool.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from report emails at any time using the link in any email we send you.
• Request deletion of your email and associated audit records by contacting us at gabriel@anrg.io.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.

How long we keep it

We retain leads and audit records for as long as needed to operate the Tool and follow up on interest, and we delete or anonymize them on request. Rate-limit records are short-lived and cleared routinely.

Security

Access to stored data is restricted and protected by row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold.

Children

The Tool is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
