Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ANR-G Technologies Inc. Visibility Grader (the “Tool”), operated by ANR-G Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the Tool you agree to them.

What the Tool does

The Tool analyses a business’s public visibility in Google search and map results and returns a report with scores and estimates. It is provided free of charge as an informational aid.

Estimates are estimates

This matters, so we state it plainly. The report includes figures that are modeled or sampled, not exact measurements:

  • Coverage percentages come from a limited sample of map points and carry statistical uncertainty, which we disclose.
  • Search volume and cost-per-click are estimates supplied by Google’s tools.
  • Click-through and any revenue or ad-cost figures rest on published averages and assumptions, and are directional — the gap they describe is real, the exact dollar amounts are approximations.

You should not treat any figure in the report as a guarantee or as the sole basis for a business or financial decision.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Tool for lawful purposes and for businesses you’re entitled to analyse.
  • Don’t attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent usage limits or security.
  • Don’t resell or redistribute the reports as your own product.

We limit the number of reports that can be run per day and may suspend access that appears abusive.

No warranty

The Tool is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Ranking data depends on third-party providers and may be incomplete or unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decisions made in reliance on the report.

Third-party data

Reports incorporate data from Google and other providers, subject to their own terms. We don’t control that data and aren’t responsible for its accuracy.
